"Why are you gazing at me like that? Be careful of falling in love with me"

Summary: Mars is a superstar whose popularity has plummeted from all of the negative publicity he has recieved. Having no money and having been kicked out of his house, he ends up having to rent a very cheap room from Chen Mo Mo and her sister. Chenn Mo Mo is a homegirl who's only interest is in Prince Kasaba. At first, they develop a mutual disdain for each other but are unable to distance themselves for each other because Mars has been put into her university and their living arrangement does not make it very easy to not see each other. After while, they start becoming friends and soon start falling for each other, exciting Mo Mo's sister and angering her friend Jia Sen, a swim captain with the intellegence of an eight year old.

Wdebo's Review: When I first heard of ToGetHer, I did not want to watch it at all, the drama recieved very low ratings and the summary seemed really boring. After seeing all of that, I forgot the drama for about a year, and just a week ago I decided to watch it because I was really bored. From the first minute I started to watch it I was hooked. ToGetHer was one of the most addicting, hillarious, sweet and cute dramas ever.

The drama was very simple and cute. I don't know why but it was just so great and made me very happy. The characters are all very loveable in their own ways except for these mean girls and this one really mean guy, but apart from that, I loved everyone :) I absolutely loved the ending too...I pretty much died from the sweetness it had...super cute!!

Jiro's character was awesome...maybe it's because Mars is very Jiro-like but Jiro's acting was very natural and hillarious and cute. Rainie was awesome, except Mo Mo gets kind of emo at times so it's quite annoying but she's still awesome. George's character was so cute, George is super cute. I felt very bad for George's character the whole time, I really wished he would get someone :(

Oh yeah, but my favorite...FAVORITE character is Mu Mu (姆姆) (So cute!!)

I want one so unnaturally badly but they are very expensive :(

All in all, a wonderful drama that is sure to make you happy and well Jiro is in it and he is, well, amazing =] so that is a great incentive to watch the drama.

Now as adults, Xia He Jie is a bestselling author, a well known playboy, and "understander of women." While Xiao Qian is a teacher at a kindergarden and still dreams about opening up her own. The two meet again when Xia He Jie sees that Amanda, a model who he has his eyes on, is at a movie premiere that he wasn't invited to (because he angered the director), he decides to get a ticket from anyone that has a ticket. By conincidence he finds Xiao Qian outside of the premire giving out a ticket, she recongnizes him but he doesn't recognize her. She sells the ticket to him for a couple million of dollars and he goes in, ruins the premire and is sentenced to work at the kindergarden that (surprise suprise) Xiao Qian also works at.

XHJ is furious but when he realizes that XQ and Amanda are good friends, he gets very excited, excited to make a tiny bet, one that says that he will get Amanda to fall in love with him in the 158 hours of community service he has to do or else he will let XQ leash him up like a dog. Nothing could come out of that right? Haha...wrong....

Wdebo's Review: I only started to watch P.S. Man out of boredom, because after I was finished with Autumn's Concerto (I still haven't reviewed it yet!! :O But it was AMAZING) there was a little preview for it, so I thought why not? When I saw the opening...I fell in love with the song right away, I know it seems random and weird to fall in love with the opening song before the drama itself, but when you listen to the song and read the lyrics you will understand :)

At first the drama seemed kind of blah, I did not like the character of Xia He Jie one bit I thought he was arrogant, annoying, ugly, and that he had bad hair. But after a while of watching it, I just got very addicted to it, though the storyline is very cliche there was a small part of it that was original. There was a lot of funny parts, which I always like in a TDrama. So that was a good thing.

But I was also angry how there seemed to be a lot less interaction between the two leads then usually. Usually there are a lot of awkward closeness and lovey dovey-ness in TDramas but there semeed to be lacking some, I had to wait impatiently for the last episode for the really intense closeness (21 episodes is a long time to wait!) And though the drama did drag for a long time, it was still pretty good. After watching it for a while, I really got into it, and really liked XHJ, because though he was pretty arrogent, but like all TDrama stars he had a good heart and after watching a while it turns out Blue Lan is pretty hot!

All in all, quite a great drama for older viewers, though it is quite addicting, at parts it feels like the viewer has to force themselves to watch it, but it is a pretty good drama.

Wdebo's Review: In the beginning I was so excited to start watching this drama. Such an all-star cast, you've got Megan Lai (From The Story of Time, Silence, etc), Baron Chen (From Fated to Love You) and finally Legon Li (From Honey and Clover).

In the beginning it was pretty good, a pretty good idea, and I loved Baron's character, I wasn't such a big fan of him when he was Dylan in Fated to Love You, but in Because of You he was just ADORABLE! And of course I love Lego Li because he is so cute, a wonderful singer/songwriter, and he was an amazing actor. And of course Megan is such a great actress, I really liked her in The Story of Time. But after a while, the whole drama just started to infuriate me. There seemed to be something wrong with all of the characters, and I absolutely HATED Xing Ye Zheng, but I really liked Tanaka in Cape No. 7.

Wow, that just seems like there is only bad things in this drama, which isn't true...there are good. I really loved Sun Fan's grandfather he was very funny and cute and so was Sun Fan's father. I was surprised how slowly the love developed, but I was disappointed how fast the love came at the end and also the ending was not the most creative (flashbacks aren't that good of endings). But the story was pretty good...who doesn't want their favorite idol to want to fight for your love, I know that if Show was going to do that, I would be over the moon about it.

All in all, this drama was not horrible, it was just not the best drama I ever watched. I would reccomend this drama to someone who watches a lot of dramas and needs kind of like a filler drama.

Wdebo's Review: So, I am not very far into the drama (Since it only started a few weeks ago), but it is very very good. When I first saw the pairing of Ella and Jerry, I was not happy because I am a total Hana-Kimi Chunella supporter. But after the first few moments of the show, I knew I was wrong. Ella and Jerry are super cute together. Jerry is a very cool and just seems kinda emotionless, and Ella is this way over hyper girl, who isn't afraid to going above and beyond they totally complete each other.

The story is cute...and Ella is always playing the guy-ish character, first Hana Kimi and now Down With Love, but they are all very good and very amusing. Only Ella would be able to pull off characters like these :)

Ella's character is very cute and loveable, but she can be stupid at times, except it is amusing. Jerry is just so dreamy in this drama, he just gets more and more handsome as time passes, Jerry always plays kinda stony characters, but I really do like Yu Ping, he is just way stupid in love.

The storyline is adorable and sweet, as all TDramas, however there is this maturity yet a silly side that only Ella and Jerry can bring to a drama. Now, all I want to know is, where can I find my own hot lawyer??!!

Music Cafe: I love the songs in the drama especially the opening and ending songs. Jerry's song is great and of course S.H.E is just wonderful!!

All in all, this drama should not be missed, any TDrama lover should defidently watch it, and if you've never watched TDramas then this is quite a nice starter drama, just so sweet, funny and romantic. Jerry + Ella = Awesomeness!!

Theme Song: 愛瘋頭 (Head Over Heals in Love) By: Show Luo (Most amazing song by him!!) [Click HERE to watch (subbed)]
Ending Song: 雨愛 (Love Rain) By: Rainie Yang [Click HERE to watch (Unsubbed) ]
Starring: Show Luo [Click HERE for his TTS] as Xue Hai/Da Lang and Rainie Yang [Click HERE for her TTS] as Bao Zhu Jie
Reccomended For: Teenage Viewers

"I like how you call me the Ugly, Shame of Society, Mushroom head.
I like you when you hit me 800 times per day.
I like you when you speak in English.
I like you when you get drunk and need me to piggy-back you home.
I like you when you love to sleep during class, yet you're focused when you do your report.
I like you, that you, like me, like the Pink Panther, and know who his best friend is.
I like you, even though you are not my dream girl.
But, I still like you.

Summary: Xue Hai (Show Luo) is very rich and has been sheltered by his older sister (who looks more like his grandma) since he was born. Xue Hai has a very innocent and geeky apperence, from his giant glasses to his mushroom head to his pink shorts to his toy "Pink Panther," but all he wants is freedom, so he decides to go to Hang Zhou for college.

At Hang Zhou, with his sister fearing that he would be killed because he is rich, she decides to make another identity for him, Da Lang, the geeky, very very poor student. When he gets to Hang Zhou, he meets his crazy roomates (The duo from Blue Bird Flying Fish! [Click HERE for their TTS]), experiences many firsts and meets the very angry Bao Zhu Jie (Rainie Yang). Both don't seem like those who would be in the same room together, but slowly with Da Lang's desire to be friends they become that and more.

But with just a tiny misunderstanding, Da Lang loses contact with Bao Zhu and believes that she hates him, so he decides to go back to Taiwan and become a play boy to get back at her.

Wdebo's Review: Those who read my blog, probobly know how much I love Show so it is defidently not a surprise that I would start watching Hi My Sweetheart. But even though Show is awesomeness I just LOVE this drama so much. It is seriously so sweet and cute, though it does have its sad points. All of them are such great actors/actresses!

There is just something about this drama that makes it irresistible and hillarious. (Well, its Show so of course its funny!) There is just a heartwarming sensation about this, seriously, what's not to love about a happy, bubbly nerd turning a stone-hard "bad girl" to mush? It makes you laugh, and yes, it can even make you cry at some parts, Show and Rainie look very cute together, but I still think Rainie and Xiao Gui [Click HERE for his TTS] are the cutest!

Now to Rainie, it was seriously a shock to see Rainie in a character like this, she usually plays the sweet girl, or at least the hard will girl but she has never played a "bad girl" before, even though Bao Zhu isn't really that "bad girl" material. But anyways, great job Rainie! Awesome acting!
Also, Show's transformation is just awesomeness, first episode, first part...enjoy! (English Subbed!)

Episode 1 Part 1 (Sorry no eng sub...but I'm sure you can find it on Google)

Wdebo's Review: From the opening song...I fell in love with this drama. (I love the opening song...so kawaii!) The drama is adorable...and has this calm in it that just makes for great viewing!

And also Jiro is very very hawt...(He looks good in his new haircut), so it does make the drama better. And the dog in the drama is sooo cute!! And must I say that I just love all the characters especially Yun Yi...I feel so bad for him tho...he is always left out!

Fated to Love You

So, Diana recently told me that she was watching Fated to Love You, and I decided that I totally needed to review it. [Yeah, I'm reviewing it more like a book!!]

Fated to Love You is one of the highest rated TDrama...check it out! :)

Title: Fated to Love You
Chinese Title: Ming Zhong Zhu Ding Wo Ai Ni
Also Known As: Sticky Note Girl and Destiny Love
Amount of Episodes: 24
Theme Song: 99 Times I Loved Him
Ending Song: Sticky Note Love
Starring: Joe Chen as Chen Xi Yi, Etan Ruan as Ji Chun Xi, Bianca Bai as Anna, and Baron Chen as Dylan.
Reccomended For: Older Viewers (14 +)
Summary: Chen Xin Yi is an ubber plain girl, from the way she's dressed, the way she looks to her name. She is a "sticky note" girl, she lets people walk all over her and become their personal assistant without thinking twice about it.
One day, her and her boyfriend go onto love cruise. There she meets Cun Xi, the sole male heir of his father's company. Cun Xi has been in love with his girlfriend, Anna, a ballerina who is playing the lead in Swan Lake in New York, for a long time, and planned to propose to her on the cruise, before she said she couldn't go, so he went on the cruise by himself.
That night, Xin Yi accidently drinks too much cold medicine and gets in a very disoriented state, while contemplating whether to give up her virginity to her boyfriend, and Cun Xi gets drugged by the island owner. CX stubbles into his room, then soon XY comes into his room thinking that this is her room. Then, XY thinking CX is her BF and CX thinking XY is Anna, they both have a one night stand.
When they learn the error of their ways, they part, thinking they would never see each other again. Then, XY finds out she's knocked up and the whole story takes a turn of pace with CX's grandmother forcing them to get married, but can love really be forced, and what happens when Anna gets back? And the mysterious Dylan comes into XY's life?

Wdebo's Review:
I really did enjoy this drama it was funny and just wonderful, even though there were random parts that were slow and kinda boring. It was all so great, except the one night stand part, was ubber awkward lol, I just had to skip over that.
The acting was really great, it was so sweet to see Joe go from plain to pretty. I liked all of the characters, except for Anna, she really does not know how to treat her boyfriend who loves her so much! She stood him up so many times, and Cun Xi is stupid to let her walk all over him like that.
Now I have to talk about CX's dog, Ji Bao Bei. OK, that dog is like more spoiled then I am. Oh, the dog has it's own I POD! I only have a crappy little shuffle, and the dog is pushed around in a stroller and not allowed to have her paws touch the ground. Bah.
But I thought their love was super sweet :) It was such a cute love story, though some middle parts were really boring. The ending was unnaturlly sweet, loved it, awesome end of such a great series!!
All in all, I think a lot of people would like this drama, it was easy for me to relate to, being the wallflower that I am, but it was super dupper sweet! And the opening song ROCKS!!

Honey and Clover <3

Aw this drama makes me all tingly with SWEETNESS!!

So the summary is from DramaWiki

A drama adaptation from a hot selling comic. It is a story that portrays how 5 ardent youths from University of the Arts face love, friendship, and the future.

The 5th year architecture student Zhen Shan (Joe Cheng), who is gentle and soft on the inside holds a torch for Li Hua (Su Hui Lun), a lady boss of an architectural firm. At the same time, he becomes aware that his best friend, Ya Gong (Janine Chang) is also having a single-sided adoration for him…
Until the elegant and smart suitor, Ye Feng (Chen Yu Fan) appears, Ya Gong then realizes that she and Zhen Shan are the same. Both unable to respond to the affection given by other’s while being caught in the first love of their life…

A simple and honest person, architecture student Zhu Ben (Li Guo Yi), falls in love at first sight with the niece of Teacher Xiu Shi (Zhang Han), Xiao Yu (Yi Teng Qian Huang) who is a Fine Arts freshman. Zhu Ben’s 7th year senior, Chang Lin Tian (Peng Hu Yan) also falls for Xiao Yu at the same time. With regard to love, being young and ignorant, both have different attitudes and correspondence. But both have an unbeatable sincerity. In a friendship as sweet as honey, there are also many sour and puckery sides to the aporia of a one-sided love.

I started watching this show because of Joe, but then I kept on watching it because it is amazing. (I just haven't been able to watch more because I am very busy.) There is something about it that is Taiwanese Drama-ish but not at the same time. It's really funny, but everytime I start watching it, it feels like a treat (Literally). It was very sweet and funny and all of the actors played their parts amazingly. They really got the hang of the characters and they are just funny and GREAT!!

Hope you can enjoy it!! And remember to comment!

Corner With Love

So, I haven't done a Tdrama review in FOREVER! So here it is...Corner With Love!

Corner With Love follows the story of Qing Lang (Xiao Zhu) and Xin Lei (Barbie Xu).

Qing Lang is an aspiring artist and a really good guy who likes to help people and because of this want to help others, he gets himself tricked from Taiwan to Shanghai with no money and no place to stay, so he decides to work at a Taiwanese Xiao Chi (Literally little eats, they're like snacks-totally delish) restaurant in Shanghai. He learned to make Ou A Jian (Oyster pancakes-totally delish also) from his grandmother, who has a stall in Taiwan. He works there to make money to go back to Taiwan.

Xin Lei is a rich, spoiled brat, who's father is a big bussiness man in Shanghai. She is on the highest point of her life. She is the fiance to a super sweet and cute guy who she is in LOVE with. She meets his family and because she has such a big head she says she will make oyster pancakes for her fiance's fam's gathering. But the problem is SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO COOK! She goes to the first Taiwanese snack restaurant she sees (Qing Lang's-oh didn't see that coming huh?) and they both go into shock mode because earlier in the week her car had run into Qing Lang's bike and stuff happens and they both hate each other.

They cook together (plus a lot of hair sniffing action and guy-crossing-dressing-into-a-maid-outfit-thing going on. Let me tell you buff Show + skimpy maid outfit + thick, hairy legs = hillarious) and they think they won't see each other again. But then *dun dun dun TDrama twist* they DO!! OMG surprised! They get drunk together become friends blah blah blah then they fall in love <3

I totally loved this show it was sweet, funny, cute and it made me laugh and cry. Show is just adorable in it (One of the main reasons I watched it) except he looks way dark. Weird how on YLBFB he's so white and on his dramas and mvs he's so black, is a chamelion?!!

I love the beginning where they describe all the "male" and "female" leads. "Likes to smile like an idiot" haha cracks me up all the time! Also the part where he falls off the bike lol!!

OMG also Xiao Gui is in it and can you say cute?!!

I totally think everyone should watch it, one of my favs!!!!!!!!

Smiling Pasta

Ok, I also reviewed this TDrama before, but since it was on my "FIRST POST" (Wow that was like six months ago-time goes by so fast!) and it was part of my Queen of Babble review, so yeah, here it is again! My friend also reviewed it...

Cheng Xiao Shi (Cyndi Wang), is a very unlucky girl with a curse on her that says she will not have any relationships past 3 months. After her 16th relationship fails (surprise surprise it was on their 3 month anniversary), she runs into He Qun (Nicholas Teo), who is running away after his girlfriend, Rita (Zhao Hong Qiao), leaves with his brother Ah Zhe (Gino). He Qun runs into Xiao Shi and knocks her down and accidently kisses her, this sparks media frenzy, because they think He Qun and Rita are still dating!

This was the second drama I ever watched (Hana Kimi was the first) so I was still on my Hana Kimi obsession. I didn't think that anyone could replace Chun and Ella in the cutest couple category and Hana Kimi in the cutest love story category. I was wrong, I learned that all of them could share the spotlight. Cyndi and Nicholas are so cute together! They are so pei (Chinese for compatible). Cyndi is so cute and funny and Nicholas is so sweet, but he looks so depressed during the whole show, even in his happy moments he looks like something big is bothering him.

I love their chemistry in this show, I guess thats why I love TDramas, because of the chemistry between the main characters, b/c in some shows there is just no chemistry the only reason you know they are suppose to be together is because they say "I love you," but even then they say it with a stony face, and saying that in movies is not only suppose to make the main girl character's heart feel like jelly, but also the audience watching. Um, those lines don't make my heart feel like jelly it just makes me pissed and want my money back.

I love the story its so funny and cute and just has the TDrama charm in it, they lines are hillarious and they just make you randomly burst out laughing or urge them to jia you (Chinese for go! or buck up! or good luck! )

Grade: A

I also LOVE the beginning song Rainbow Smile by Cyndi Wang!

Love or Bread

Ahh, another Ariel Lin and Joe Cheng collaboration, they are so cute, ArJoe forever!!

Love or Bread is the story about Fa Lan Ke "Frank" (Joe Cheng) and Shan Mei (Ariel Lin). Frank is a very poor guy, but he always had dreams of becoming rich, so he puts on a fascade of being a rich guy. Shan Mei, on the other hand, is a very hard worker and is also very poor. One day while on a job at the bank, SM calls Frank's house to inquire about some bank business but when she calls there is suddenly silence, so she runs to his house and finds him attcked by some bad people. She saves him, and they later run into each other MANY times. (That, my friends, is called destiny, or they are SO fated to fall in love! <3 )

Shan Mei goes out of the country to visit her boyfriend, who she has been sending money to for a couple of years. When she goes, however, she finds out her BF has been unfaithful, and later runs away, not with a ring on her finger but with a heaviness in her heart. When she gets back strange circumstances make Frank and SM roomates and their love blossoms from there, even though SM finds Frank dispicable.

This drama (ends next week-I'm so sad!) is very short, its only 12 episodes long! It is extremly funny and cute, it feels like ArJoe switch roles, because they have completly diffrent personalities then in ISWAK. Ariel of course is a pheonminal actress in this show and they just are so perfect for each other!

I hope all of you can watch it!!

Brown Sugar Macchiato

Do you ever feel so bored that you feel like you could just faint from boredom and for some reason you just can't get into the book you really want to read? (Haha I sound like someone advertising for something...:D) Then watch...Brown Sugar Macchiato! One of the sweetest and funniest Taiwanese Dramas ever! (Well, not EVER, there are others but you get my point right?)

Here is a small part of the beginning episode... (The title for this vid is Brown Sugar Macchiato - Ep. 1 (1/7) ) P.S. I seriously hate the beginning with that girl talking...yuck, but I do love the beginning song! :D

Brown Sugar Macchiato is about how one day, six boys with six totally different personalities find out that their dad is a total player and had six sons at around the same time with six diffrent women who gave birth to six diffrent sons (them.) They also find out he is a multi millionaire, and they will be inharitents to this giant money stash. There is just one catch however, they will have to live together for a year and go to the same school.

When the get to school the find it harder to be "loving brothers" because of nine very mean girls in their class, but slowly the start getting a long and some even start falling in love. (Of course, its a Taiwanese Drama thats what ALWAYS happens lol) But will this hurt the brother's ability to live together happily and get the inheratence?

When I first watched this show (about that girl at the beginning-I don't know why but I HATE her-and she's not even in the actual drama, eh) I had no idea who Lollipop or Hei Se Hui Mei Mei were, but after a while I learned and really started to love their music. Lollipop (the guys) is a boy band filled with 6 guys and Hei Se Hui Mei Mei is a girl's group from the TV Show "I Love Blackie (Who is the host)" it is a talent portion and they all well basically won. Anyways, they are all really cute together.

I really enjoyed the whole show, except the beginning, eh. But it gets really funny and sweet after, and have I mentioned how much I LOVE the beginning song, IDK why its just so cute! :D

This is another one of my fav songs from the show called Da Zhu Tou (Big Pig Head) and its English subbed!

It Started With a Kiss

I know I've already reviewed it before but it was such a small part, and it didn't even have its own post so I'm reviewing it again!

Here is a small part of the first episode (It gets A LOT better!)-It Started With a Kiss Ep. 1 (1/5)

It Started With a Kiss follows the love story between Xiang Qing (Ariel Lin) and Zhi Shu (Joe Cheng). Xiang Qing has always loved Zhi Shu ever since she first saw him giving his speech. Zhi shu is part of Class A (The smartest class in the whole school) while Xiang Qing is in Class F (The "dumbest" class in the whole school). When Xiang Qing tries to give her confession/love letter to Zhi Shu, he rejects it by not giving it a second glance. While Xiang Qing pains, so does Ah Jin (Jiro Wang) who has been in love with Xiang Qing forever.

XQ thinks that all hope is lost for her romantic fantasy about her and ZS. But when her house gets knocked down by an earthquake, her dad and XQ move to her dad's friends house, and surprise surprise, her dad's friend is ZS' dad.

While living together XQ does whatever it takes to make ZS in love with her. In the end she cracks his hard heart and their famous taiwanese love story begins.

It Started With a Kiss is quite an old (2005) Taiwanese Drama, but it is the most famous, second to Meteor Garden (even older-2001). It is absolutly ADORABLE and is filled with some of the best romance I've ever watched in my life, and it is also HILLARIOUS. It's sorta sappy, but not as bad and as dumb as romantic comedies. (Can't you tell I hate romantic comedies-they are just so FAKE). Sure TDramas are kinda fake, but they are SOOO much better.

I love this TDrama and I hope all of you can watch it! :D

Grade: A+

P.S. I hope all of you have the chance of watching lots of TDramas in your lifetime! :D

But someone else did! Jeng Meng (Mike He) is the son of the school’s director, Jiang You Hui (He Du Lin), in order for her not to have her love letter posted around, she has to be his slave. While she is being his slave, Qi Yue finally gets up the courage to ask out Yuan Yi, who actually likes her a lot! While they are dating Qi Yue finds out that her mom, Huang Xue Wei (Ge Wei Ru) is actually dating and is going to marry Jiang You Hui. During the wedding planning Qi Yue finds out that under his hard exterior, Jeng Meng is actually a very sweet guy and she starts falling for him. Things get really complicated when their parents finally get married. Who ever heard of siblings (even if they are just step-siblings) dating? Things can get pretty heated up!

Wdebo's Review: I love this show! I am a total supporter of Mike He and Rainie they r so cute together! Rainie is so pretty in this show! Anyways, this show was very serious, but I especially love all the childish parts, it was really TDrama-y, I think everyone can just fall in love with it, because it is just AWESOME! 9/10.

The Adoration of Jenna Fox By: Mary E. Pearson

Book:

"There is something curious about where we live. Something curious about Lily. Something curious about Father and his nightly phone calls with Mother. And certainly something curious about me. Why can I remember the details of the French Revolution but I can't remember if I ever had a best friend?"

Jenna Fox is no ordinary seventeen year old girl. Most girls don't get into a car accident, lose their memory in the future. (At least I'm pretty sure not). After waking up from a year long comma, her parents show her every home movie they have hoping she will get her memory back. She remembers things bit by bit, until she gets to unanswered questions, like what happened after the accident?

The Adoration of Jenna Fox is one of the most heartfelt, can't-put-down- books in the world. (At least in the young adult catagory). It draws you in from the first sentence and won't let go till the last period. I thourghly enjoyed it. There wasn't anything "bad" in it. (A good pro) and it didn't drag. (Another pro), can't think of any cons, so I would give this book a 9.99/10 (End could have been .01 better)

Taiwanese Drama:

Prince that Turns to Frog

Shan Jun Hao (Ming Dao), is the CEO of the largest hotel chain, Sewell. He is a stereotypical rich man-spoiled and arrogant. He meets Ye Tian Yu (Chen Qiao En AKA Joe Chen), meets Jun Hao when he is visiting Guan Mei (Her village) to shut down her stepdad’s motel, because it is part of Sewell. They meet and he immediately doesn’t like her, because she sells him a pack of gum (around 3 sticks) for 100NT$ (around $3). After a series of events, Tian Yu “accidentally” runs him over, then he loses his memory and lives with her family under the name of Dang-Ou. After another “accident” he gains back his memory and forgets about TY, forgetting all about how they fell in love with each other. But life isn’t so easy when there is a girl you don’t know who says you guys fell in love, after a while lots of events happened that wouldn’t have happened if those “accidents” didn’t happen. Will these events hurt TY and JH being together?

Ok, so I know the english title is weird, I swear I didn't make that title up. This was a cute drama, a great showcase of what Taiwanese Dramas are all about. It did get a little infuriating about how slow it went on some parts though. 9.1/10

Something to Blog About (literally)

Title: Something to Blog About
Author: Shana Norris
HARDBACK
Amount of pages: 246
Difficulty: Easy
Reccomended for: Ages 12 and up

Summary: Libby Fawcett is probably the single most clumsiest person in the world. Only she can burn her hair on the bunsen burner! Sadly, that is the only way she can get Seth Jacobs (her crush) to notice her. Now, she figures out her mom is dating Angel Rivera, her arch-nemises in school, the one who makes her school life hell. What do you do when your life is crumbling before your eyes? Start a blog! I mean, it's not like it could make your life any worse than it actually is, right?

Wdebo's Review: It was really cookie cutter sweet and cute. I would recommend this book to those who have had a really bad day and need to take their minds off of it. 5.5/10.

Taiwanese Drama:

Honey and Clover (Taiwanese Version!)

It follows five college students with their one sided love. Stars Joe Cheng, Eddie Pang and lego. Based on the manga Honey and Clover. It is very sweet and cute. If life is treating you badly and you need to get away watch this show!

Sabrina with a healthy dose of Madagascar

I have been having a Sabrina the Teenage Witch marathon (which is going on right now!), because I think that the Harvey and Sabrina thing just CANNOT get old! Anywho, last night on ABC there was Madagascar on which is overly cute! I love that movie!

Book:
Lets get serious here, probobly the most serious book I've read is Nineteen Minutes.

The book takes place in Sterling where nothing happens just your typical averge New Hampshire town, then one day, an act of violence shatters everything. Josie Cormier, is the daughter of the judge that is on the case, she is the best witness, except for one thing, she can't remember anything-or can she? It follows the aftermath of a school shooting that just happens in ninteen minutes, nineteen minutes doesn't seem like a lot of time, but lots of things can go wrong in that amount of time. It asks what it means to be diffrent and if we have the right to judge anyone. The scary thing about this story is Nineteen days after this book came out was the day of the Virginia Tech massacre.

This was such a brilliant story that showed us the other side of school shootings. We get to understand why, not how it happened. Did the defendent who looks like a sweet innocent high school all-american sweet jock really play a role in making this shooter crack? I would reccomend this story to MOST of my friends (the others because, I don't think they can take it), and I would highly reccomend that you read this book.

Taiwanese Drama:

It Started with a Kiss AKA ISWAK

Xiang Qin (Ariel Lin) has a crush on her school's top model student, Zhi Shu (Joe Cheng). Zhi Shu is smart, handsome and in my opinion quite stuck up. He has an IQ of 200 and an entourage of female supporters. When Xiang Qin gives him a love letter, he refuses right in front of the whole school! As her friends try to make her feel better her stalker-friend-admirer, Ah Jing (Jiro Wang- Also in Hana Kimi- the guy who thinks he's gay), gets really angry and confronts him. After a bizarre twist, Xiang Qin's house collapses and XQ and her dad are forced to live with ZS's parents, who just happen to be her dad's best friends! They live and even though ZS finds her annoying he slowly develops feelings for her.

So sweet, one of the better known idol dramas, Ariel Lin and Joe Cheng have so much chemistry which is fun to watch in a Taiwanese Drama!

Here is the first episode, like (1/5) of it, the title of it is It Started With a Kiss Ep. 1 (1/5) (That just makes it easier to find), also I can tell you the beginning isn't the most exciting it gets better after awhile

Introducing... Manga Spotlight!

I used to always think that people who read mangas were nerds or geeks (one of my friends REALLY liked it, if you saw that person, you would believe that too.) But when I finished the Taiwanese Drama, Hana Kimi (Look at the Taiwanese Drama section of today), I decided I was going to read the manga and I CANNOT put it down!!! Yes, it is like the best thing to happen to me. I read 100 girls, and I cannot stand comics like that, not like I like shojo, well starting tommorrow with Hana Kimi, I will have a manga spotlight.

Books:
I conquer Britain By: Dyan Sheldon

" They all waved (including Bruce Lee), and Tampa shouted 'Bonny voyage!' loud enough to be heard back on Herkimer Street.
I gave them a big smile and waved back.
I was pretty sure I wasn't going to miss them." ~ I conquer Britain, page 16, Dyan Sheldon

I conquer Britain is the "Sequal" to Sophie Pitt-Turnbull Discovers America, this book is about when Sophie goes to, you guessed it, America, when she and Cherokee Salamanca's mom decide to swap daughters for the summer. When Cherokee (named for the indian tribe NOT the car) learns that she is going to Britain and can leave America she is up-the-wall excited! But right before she even touches english soil things have gone wrong, her pig and the overly-scared-she-was-going-to- die lady who sat next to her pukes on her. But once she gets to Britain it gets better then worse, will she really survive and finally conquer Britain? Find out by reading!

Taiwanese Drama:

Hana-Kimi (Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao nv)-Taiwanese Version!!!

The first TDrma I watched, absolutely cute!!!

After seeing the high jumping compitition, Lu Rui Xi (Ella) is so blown away and smitten by Quan (Wu Zhun) that she decideds to go to his school. Just one small problem, it's an all boys school, so what's a girl to do? Cut your hair short and act like a guy, of course! After getting in, her biggest dream/nightmare comes true, she and Quan are roomates! How can you hide your identity from your whole school and also from your love/roomate? When her friend Xiu Yi (Jiro Wang) begins to have feelings for her, he believes he is gay and it turns his life upside down!

I totally loved it! It was so cute! Everyone who loves Fahrenheit and S.H.E. has to watch it, also people who read the manga have to watch it! I would reccomend it to any of my friends. 10/10!!! :)

As much as I love S.H.E. and Fahrenheit but Lollipop (such an ironic name) is sooo cute!!!

Especially Wang Zi, Ou Quan and Xiao Jie!!

My first post on my first blog...enjoy!

Book:

Ok Ok So I know this book has been out in stands since what? 2006? Or was it 2003? Whatever got to check that out. Well, I just finished it and it was GREAT! I mean better then great, so it started out all chessy and stuff, but then it got really good with added Meg Cabot flair. She's so awesome! Anywho, Queen of Babble is about a girl name, Lizzie Nichols, a fashion major, who goes to visit her english boyfrend. When she goes there, you can totally tell things are going to go DOWNHILL FAST! She mistakes her boyfriend for a stalker! Ok, I don't care if she hasn't seen him in like three months, but does anyone do that? She later gets rid of him until she finds out she is stuck in London with no where to go! Then, thank goodness, her friend calls her to stay with her. Then begins the second half of the story, where she meets the dreamy Luke.

I totally loved this story just like I do for all Meg Cabot books, give it a 9 out of 10, because the beginning was huh?

Taiwanese Drama:

I am a total obsessie over TDramas, so I have decided to share these lovely inventions with the world (I mean America) with my Taiwanese Drama spotlights.

Begining with.... Dum dum dum

Smiling Pasta staring Cyndi Wang and Nicholas Teo...

They run into each other and he falls on Xiao Shi, and accidently kisses her! This sends up a paparazzi frenzy when she starts yelling at him to be responsible. Then begins the cutest love story any one has ever thought of.
