So, I've been doing yoga everyday before school, and I feel so relaxed and stuff! I would reccomend that everyone do yoga, it is really good for you and very fun if you know how to do it. A good book for beginners is Breathe: Yoga for teens, it has good instructions and good pics and interesting sidenotes that intrege teenagers! (Well, me)
